Meet Shane Christiansen
Founder & CEO, Code 4 Café Hookah Lounge
With over three decades of service in emergency response, Shane Christiansen has dedicated his life to protecting the community—from every angle. He’s served as a paramedic, a 911 dispatcher for Santa Clara County, a firefighter, and for over a decade, a Motor Traffic Officer with NorCal Motor Escort. If it has lights, sirens, or stress—you name it, Shane’s done it.
After a career on the front lines, Shane envisioned something different: a place to recharge, breathe easy, and actually enjoy life off the clock. That vision became Code 4 Café Hookah Lounge—a chill, first responder-owned lounge designed to serve both the frontline community and anyone looking to kick back in style.
With his trademark sense of humor, tactical mind, and that “calm in the chaos” energy, Shane’s now building the kind of environment he always wished existed after a shift. Premium hookah? Check.Killer flavors? Absolutely. Vibes that hit just right? You better believe it.
And yes—he still looks too young to have done all that. Good genes or just staying cool under pressure? You decide.
